A big Mountaineer State broadcast company is buying a big FM from another local broadcast company.
For that deal to be consummated, the seller is picking up an AM and FM from the buyer of that big FM.
This was reflected in two additional deals filed with the FCC on Tuesday (1/3).
Meanwhile, a three-station sale in Indiana and multi-station Minnesota deal that both saw Kalil & Co. act as the exclusive broker in the transaction has closed.
