HAIKU, HAWAII — The owner of a pair of 5kw AM radio stations based in Honolulu has received a Notice of Violation from the Commission for failing to follow its rules regarding antenna structures.
The broadcast company should know better. The Commission sent a nearly identical notice to this radio station owner in March 2014.
