With the AMERICAN IDOL Top 5 Results show, FOX won the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54, and Teens, outperforming its nearest competitor by +7% in the core demo and +19% in Adults 18-34.

FOX has now ranked #1 for 16 consecutive Thursdays among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, and Teens.

  • AMERICAN IDOL:3.9/12, flat with last week’s Fast National and should go up at least one tenth when Finals are released this afternoon.
    • IDOL was up +4% in Total Viewers from last week’s Fast National (15.0 vs. 14.4 Mil) and up +1% from its Final number (vs. 14.9 Mil.)
    • AMERICAN IDOL was also up +8% in Adults 18-34 (2.6 vs. 2.4) and up +13% in Teens (2.6 vs. 2.3) from last week’s Fast National.
    • IDOL was the #1 program of the night among Total Viewers and Teens.  IDOL outperformed the night’s #2 program, CBS’ Big Bang Theory by +10% among Total Viewers (15.0 vs.13.6 Mil).
    • Last night’s IDOL results show outperformed The Voice’s Monday performance show by +11% among Adults 18-49 (3.9 vs. 3.5) and beat The Voice’s results show on Tuesday by +26% among Adults 18-49 (3.9 vs. 3.1).TOUCH: 2.1/6, up +11%from last week (1.9/5).
    • TOUCH was also up versus last week in Total Viewers by +6% (6.8 vs. 6.4 Mil.) and ranked #1 in its hour among Teens.

  • Grey’s Anatomy: 3.2/9, down -3% from last week
  • Scandal: 2.1/8, up 5% from last week

  • Big Bang Theory: 4.6/15, up +12% from last week’s season low
  • Rules of Engagement: 2.7/8, up +8% from last week
  • Person of Interest: 2.5/7, up +4% from last week
  • The Mentalist: 2.4/7, up +9% from last week

NBC

  • Community: 1.4/5, flat with last week
  • 30 Rock: 1.4/4, down -13% from last week
  • The Office: 2.3/7, up +10% from last week
  • Parks & Recreation: 1.7/5, up +6% from last week
  • Awake: 0.7/2, down -13% from last week and is its lowest rating to date
