AT&T and DirecTV draw discrimination lawsuit

CourthouseAccording to the National Association of African American Owned Media (NAAAOM), merger hopefuls AT&T and DirecTV have been excluding African-American-owned media from their channel lineups, and has filed suit in a California court.


The case is filed with the United States District Court, Central District of California.
