American Urban Radio Networks (AURN) has promoted Lenore Williams to the role of SVP/Affiliate Operations and Compliance.

At the same time, its cousin, Superadio, has elevated Eric Faison to SVP/Programming and Affiliate Relations and Rich O’Brien to the newly created role of EVP/Programming & Affiliate Relations.

“Both Rich and Eric are seasoned veterans of the industry and both epitomize the high
standards of which the company is known for”, said Superadio LLC COO Jack Bryan.

O’Brien has been a producer of the long-running Open House Party syndicated radio program and, from there, ascended into programming, affiliate sales and talent
acquisition roles.

Speaking of Williams, AURN President/Program Operations and Affiliations Jerry Lopes said, “I’m delighted to add ‘Senior’ to her title. There is no one more deserving of this promotion. During her long tenure with the company, she has steadily climbed the ladder and excelled at every level.”

Williams began her career as traffic manager with one of the company’s owned and operated stations, and later added accounts payable/general ledger responsibilities. She then served as operations manager of the company’s owned and operated station in Buffalo.

In 1998, Williams became Manager of Program Operations for American Urban Radio Networks in 1998, and in 2006 was promoted to VP/Affiliate Operations and Compliance. “I have been blessed to have worked for a company that allowed me to grow from the ground up, and to have worked with and talked to some of the most talented people in the industry,” said Williams.
