Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc.George Beasley acquired a pair of FMs in the Las Vegas area back in 2010 with the intent of making them part of the Beasley Broadcasting Group cluster there, and now, two deals later, they are almost there.

The stations are KOAS-FM and KVGS-FM. As GGB Las Vegas LLC, Beasley acquired them from Lee Shubert’s RBG Las Vegas Licenses. The application for the $8.5M deal was dated 6/4/10.

KOAS went to BBGI’s KJUL License LLC subsidiary 5/16/12 for $4.5M.

Now KVGS-FM is following the same path, and the $4M price tag will precisely reimburse Beasley’s face value investment.

KVGS-FM is licensed to Meadville AZ and comes into Las Vegas from the southeast with a Class C 100 kW signal on 107.9. It’s HAAT is 1,781’, and its primary contour gets most of the city.

Beasley’s other stations in the market include KCYE-FM, KKLZ-FM and KDWN-AM.
