The list of the top TV programs in the Household ratings from Nielsen looks very different from the 18-49 list this week. “Dancing with the Stars” on ABC and “NCIS” on CBS tied for #1 in HH, but they ranked #6 (tie) and #9 respectively in the big money younger demo, 18-49. The top show in 18-49, “American Idol” (Wednesday) on Fox, was #3 in HH, and the #2 show in 18-49, “The Voice,” on NBC, was back at #13 in HH. CBS, meanwhile, swept both HH and 18-49 overall.
In HH CBS had an average rating of 6.2 and a 10 share, with ABC at 4.4/7, Fox 4.1/7, NBC 3.4/6, Univision 2.0/3, CW 0.9/2, Ion 0.7/1, Telemundo 0.6/1, TeleFutura 0.3/1 and Azteca America and EstrellaTV 0.1/0.
In 18-49 CBS was at 2.6/8, Fox 2.2/6, ABC 1.7/5, NBC 1.6/5, Univision 1.5/4, CW 0.6/2, Telemundo 0.5/1, Ion and TeleFutura 0.3/1 and EstrellaTV and Azteca America 0.1/0.
Due to a tie, here are the week’s top 21 programs:
