The Expanding Opportunities For Broadcasters Coalition believes the FCC is holding up its part of the spectrum auction bargain and is therefore generally in favor of proceeding with the auction. Meanwhile, Sinclair has challenged its very legality in court.
For that reason, EOBC has petitioned to intervene on behalf of its members in an effort to prevent Sinclair’s success in unraveling the process.
