According to the scribes who try to explain market behavior every day, Wall Street rallied then tumbled. But from the broadcast perspective, it looks like most companies participated in the rally and were able to bypass the tumbling part. Lots of plus signs today, only two minus signs!

The TVBR Television Index rose 21.519, or 3.1%, to 722.256.
