People watching TVFor year and years and even more years the cable industry has resisted numerous calls to offer a la carte menu options to their subscribers. Now suddenly they love the idea, but for totally self-serving reasons, points out TVfreedom.org.


It turns out that cable loves the idea of a la carte for broadcast stations, but remains opposed to any such thing for cable channels.
