The Nexstar board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend.
The amount is $0.24/cents per share of Nexstar Class A common stock.
The dividend is payable on Friday, May 27 to shareholders of record on Friday, May 13.
While the broadcast owner intends to pay regular quarterly cash dividends for the foreseeable future, all subsequent dividends will be reviewed quarterly and declared by the board at its discretion.
