With an initial public offering in the works for CBS Radio and talk of a Viacom-CBS merger still making for water cooler talk at brokerages and media companies across the U.S., Les Moonves will likely be the center of attention — and a magnet for journalists — at two high-profile investment community conferences within the next week.

The CBS Corporation Chairman/CEO Les Moonves will be participating in Thursday’s Bank of America Merrill Lynch Media, Communications & Entertainment Conference in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The session will begin at 11:45 AM Pacific. An audio webcast of the session can be accessed here.

Then, he will make an appearance at the Goldman Sachs 25th annual Communacopia Conference on the afternoon of Sept. 20.

Moonves will participate in a question-and-answer session at Communacopia, in a session set to begin at exactly 2:55pm Eastern.

An audio webcast of the session can be accessed here.

The appearances by Moonves come ahead of CBS Corporation’s Q3 2016 earnings call, set for 4:30pm Eastern on Thursday, November 3.

CBS shares closed Sept. 12 at $52.76, up 85 cents. It went Ex-dividend on Sept. 7, with a yield of $1.35.
