“Survivor” Up in Viewers and Key Demos Compared to Episode Two of Last Fall’s “Survivor: Samoa”

The second episode of SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS posted solid ratings opposite Olympic competition, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Thursday, Feb. 18. 

SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was second in households (6.9/11), viewers (11.94m), adults 25-54 (4.9/12) and adults 18-49 (3.9/11).

Compared to last fall’s comparable broadcast of SURVIVOR: SAMOA (which aired during premiere week), SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was up +2% in viewers (from 11.67m), +5% in adults 18-49 (from 3.7/11) and +7% in adults 25-54 (from 4.6/12).
