CCME acquires Omaha translator

Calvary Chapel of Omaha is selling K235CD (94.9) in that city to CCME for $225K. It’s currently off the air.  KISO’s HD2 channel, Classic Rock “The Brew” will likely be airing on the signal. In other filings, First Ventures Capital Partners is selling K295AZ (106.9) Buttonwillow, CA to American General Media for $40,000.  The translator will move to American General’s News-Talker KERN-AM Bakersfield’s tower and air that station. The translator has a CP for a move to 96.1 with 250 Watts @ 443 feet. It would provide much better coverage of Bakersfield—see maps.
