WAY-FM Media Group, Inc seeks a Staff Engineer to work out of the WAYF(FM) West Palm Beach, Florida Office managing the technical aspects of WAY-FM properties in the region and coordinating with the Corporate Director of Engineering and the Corporate Information and Technology Director in projects and ongoing maintenance.  This position requires approximately 60% travel for routine maintenance and to oversee and perform hands-on projects on full-power stations, translators, and satellite uplink and downlink equipment.

Experience in high and low power FM transmission systems, studio operations, satellite systems and computer automation is a must.  Direct experience and training in Computer Networking, hardware, software and I.T. systems is required.

SBE certification or educational equivalent is a plus.  If you are ready to be a part of a growing team of technical professionals in an exciting and growing ministry, then you may be the person for the job.  EOE
