Cross Platform picks up Information

SoldRadio/print/digital content company Cross Platform Media has acquired IRN/USA Radio Network, and seeks to fulfill USA Radio Network’s radio news and content mission.


IRN stands for Information Radio Network. Conservative Christian Marlin Maddoux has been producing radio programming as far back as 1972 and founded USARN in 1985.

Sam Hassell is CEO of the buyer.

“We are very excited to make this announcement,” said Hassell. “We look forward to fulfilling the original vision of USA Radio Network by providing audience-engaging news and content to the independent and group station owners around the country.”

Hassell added, “We are very respectful of the Maddoux legacy and proud to continue syndicating Point of View, Daybreak USA, IRN/USA News and so many other significant programs.”

CPM says that it is “… a national media company based in Raleigh, NC, that specializes in media network services by developing and distributing news, entertainment and talk show programming for independent Christian and general market radio stations, print and digital platforms.”
