Since the dawn of television the Chicago Cubs have been seen on WGN-TV, but that’s about to end as the baseball team seeks to profit by opening up a bidding war for its broadcast rights.
It’s not going to happen immediately – WGN will still have Cubs games during the 2014 season – but after that, the rights are up for grabs.
