It seems Curtis is going to eventually own every translator in the state: Eastern Airwaves, LLC, an affiliate of Curtis Media, has agreed to purchase the CP for translator W235CG (94.9 mHz) in Ogden (Wilmington), NC from Starboard Media Foundation, Inc., a Wisconsin non-profit. The purchase price is $10,000.00.
Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the buyer in this transaction. “This acquisition by Curtis Media Group adds to the already impressive array of North Carolina stations,” he tells RBR-TVBR.
