North Carolina group Curtis Media is picking up a pair of sticks in its home state, one east of Greensboro and the other north of Durham. The stations are W236BO Burlington and W297BW Roxboro.

Selling the stations is Liberty University, the non-profit outfit associated with the late Jerry Falwell.

According to Bob Heymann of Media Services Group, the price will be $200K.

According to Heymann, the stations will be used to extend the reach of Curtis’s fleet of full power stations in the area. W236BO is the one located to the east of Greensboro, while W297BW serves a portion of the state north of Durham and south of the NC border with Virginia.
