The syndicated morning news program "The Daily Buzz" has been without an outlet in its home market, Orlando, since former 50% owner Emmis sold WKCF-TV (Ch. 18, CW) to Hearst-Argyle. ACME Communications, which is now the 100% owner of the young-skewing news program, announced that "The Daily Buzz" has been added to the programming line-up of Cox Television's independent station, WRDQ-TV (Ch. 27).

The station will air the first hour of the show live 6:00-7:00 am Monday through Friday. Another thirty minute version taken from the second hour will air 8:30-9:00 am and the third hour will be tape-delayed and presented starting 10:30 am.
