Dancing With the Stars stays on top in the ratings rumba

Two weeks into the new TV season, “Dancing With the Stars” on ABC is the most watched show on television for the second straight week, once again beating NBC’s “Sunday Night Football” in the Household ratings, although the NFL game won in the key 18-49 demo. Despite all that, CBS was again number one overall for both HH and 18-49.


In HH CBS had a 7.2 average rating and 12 share, with ABC at 5.8/10, NBC 5.1/9, Fox 4.3/7, Univision 2.0/3, CW 1.5/2, Ion 0.7/1, Telemundo and TeleFutura 0.4/1 and Azteca America and EstrellaTV 0.1/0.

For 18-49 it was CBS 3.1/9, Fox 2.8/8, NBC 2.7/8, ABC 2.6/8, Univision 1.6/5, TeleFutura 0.4/1, CW and Telemundo 0.3/1 and EstrellaTV and Azteca America 0.1/0.
