David Cohen speaks to senators on Comcast-TWC merger

SenateThe Senate Judiciary Committee held the first public hearing on Comcast’s proposed $45.2 billion deal for Time Warner Cable on 4/9, amid regulatory and financial concerns about merging the No. 1 and No. 2 MSOs. CBS, Time Warner, Viacom and other media giants were not present, implying approval of the deal.
