This Credit Card Discovers Radio’s ROI Rewards

The financial services category has much to gain from increased marketing efforts to the nation’s media consumers. One credit card company, in particular, significantly boosted their number of commercials aired on the radio stations tracked by Media Monitors for the week ending June 4, 2017.

In last week’s Media Monitors Radio Spot Ten report,  Discover soared from No. 23 to No. 6, with 25,266 commercials. The Martin Agency has been Discover’s agency of record for the past decade, handling strategic planning and creative development.

It was a big week for several brands, with much movement on the Spot Ten.

As show below,  AutoZone was back in the Top Ten, with 26,030 ads.

Staples secured a No. 9 placement, thanks to its airing of 22,130 commercials.

Additionally, O’Reilly Auto Parts jumped from No. 21 to No. 10, with 19,876 spots.
