The commercial group is Eastern Airwaves LLC, an affiliate of Curtis Media Inc. The non-com is Educational Media Foundation.
EMF gets W262BM Charlotte NC in the swap.
Going to Curtis are W284CP CP Durham NC and W284CD CP Rolesville NC. Both are in the Raleigh-Durham market.
Curtis has been making the acquisition of FM translators a bit of a North Carolina cottage industry of late.
