Todd Bartley’s Pioneer Sports Productions is converting an LMA to an ownership situation with one AM station and buying all the stock in another to create an AM duopoly in the Williamsport PA market.
The stock deal will bring in WLYC-AM Williamsport from Colonial Radio Group of Williamsport LLC. The deal is valued at $250K. Each of Colonial’s principals — Daniel A. Klingerman and Larry Allison Jr. – will receive a promissory note for $125K.
