Encore of 'America's Got Talent' maintained their 18-49 rating

From 8-10 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of “America’s Got Talent” averaged a 1.2 rating, 3 share in adults 18-49 and 4.8 million viewers overall.  Despite the Labor Day holiday, “America’s Got Talent” maintained the 18-49 rating of its prior two Monday rebroadcasts.


At 10 p.m. ET, “Dateline NBC” (1.5/4 in adults 18-49, 5.5 million viewers overall) tied for #1 among the major networks in the hour in adults 18-49 (pending updates).  From its first half-hour to its second, “Dateline” grew by 14 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.6 from a 1.4) and 10 percent in total viewers (5.7 million vs. 5.2 million), while competing programming on the other major networks was flat or down in both categories. 

“Dateline NBC” reported its highest 18-49 and total-viewer results for a Monday edition since July 26.
