LPFM starts on a slow roll

According to the FCC database, 23 low power FMs are now licensed, up and running. They are distributed from Maine to Hawaii; from Alaska to Georgia. California, Indiana and Michigan have three each.

Two are centered in Arbitron markets, Alexandria LA and Muskegon MI. 11 others are relatively close to Arbitron markets. The other 10 are in unrated portions of their respective states.
