Broadcasting may be the primary business at CBS Corp., but the red-hot outdoor business was the top performer in 2006. TV enjoyed strong political revenues, but that was partly countered by the shutdown of UPN. Radio suffered through its first year with out Howard Stern on many CBS stations.
