On 2/10, FCC Chief Tom Wheeler spoke at a telecommunications law conference hosted by the University of Colorado’s Silicon Flatirons Center for Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship in Boulder. He said that changes in technology compel his agency to review and update the Communications Act and also explained why the preservation of an open Internet is within the FCC’s authority and it has the authority to enforce net neutrality.
