“Approaches to Preserving the Open Internet” is the name of a workshop that the FCC is preparing for. It will be held on 4/28/10 in Seattle WA at the Jackson Federal Building. A full list of participants is expected to be available midway through April. The session will kick off at 9:30 PDT.

According to the FCC, the media will address “…how the Internet’s openness can best be preserved, including by examining historical and ongoing efforts to protect Internet openness in the United States and other countries, and by discussing the key technological, economic, and legal considerations relevant to the need for and substance of the Commission’s proposed open Internet policies.”
