											<content type="html">Your point that backup singers and studio musicians not getting any of the money from HR-848 is well taken, and I&amp;#039;d venture to say, that most singers and musicians would see little of the money.  HR-848 is just another tactic for the record labels to make up the losses they have suffered because they cling to an outdated system rather than moving fully into the digital age.</content>
