Ira was the Director of Affiliate Relations for Radio Deluxe with John Pizzarelli. His enthusiasm, positive attitude and willingness were a huge asset to Radio Deluxe. I am grateful to have known Ira and for all he contributed to our organization. He was a true professional and a lovely human being. He was a true broadcaster, so people respected him. He was an amusing man, so people laughed with him. He was a kind man, so people loved him. I had the pleasure from 1967-72 at KDKA.
