											<content type="html">When you say the word GOOGLE what do you think in reply?  Me it is SEARCH and always will be. Google&amp;#039;s problem was it took people to work with people and that means customer friendly service... untill Google gets customer, people, human friendly and markets themselves in this fashion it will only be SEARCH.  A Good Search but it is what it is. From our point at RBR/TVBR to find customer service or anyone in charge is kinda difficult.
