											<content type="html">Given the new state of our economy, this delay is the right thing to do.  Given the rising unemployment, many people who never thought they would need a convertor box coupon, suddenly need one because cable and satellite service has unexpectedly become a luxury.  The economy will likely not be any better in four months, but one can hope that the coupons will be available.</content>
