											<content type="html">Arbitron has some work to do if out-of-home tv viewing is going to be a trading currency which is acceptable to advertisers: - Guarantee that no double counting is made, ie that in-home viewing is counted as ooh- Find a solid way to deduct the largest out-of-home portion, ie viewing in other people&amp;#039;s homes (measured as in-panel-home guest-viewing) which is already in the in-home tv ratings in many markets This will not be easy.
