Football beats the Emmys

0

We know that "Sunday Night Football" on NBC was the top-rated show on television last week, beating out the Emmy Awards on Fox. But we’re still waiting for the final word from Nielsen on how the networks stacked up for the full week. The weekly chart has this in red across the CBS line for HH and all demos: "CBS weekly and STD data has been excluded due to the delay in processing of CBS NFL NATIONAL." A Nielsen spokesman says that is because the Sunday football game extended into primetime and extra time is needed for that primetime viewing to be added to the CBS tally. Stay tuned.
