Two subsidiaries of the long-standing radio group frequently known to use the Forever brand are coming together, and as a result, two three-station clusters will become one six-station cluster in the Altoona PA market.
The surviving entity in the deal will be FM Radio Licenses LLC. The ultimate purpose of the transaction is family planning, and share changes are part of the mix.
