Due to live State of the Union coverage, Fast Nationals for FOX, ABC, CBS, and NBC are approximate. The State of the Union address ran from 9:00-10:42pm. AMERICAN IDOL (RS) aired out of pattern in the Mountain Time Zone.
Airing a special encore of Sunday’s AMERICAN IDOL audition episode (3.3/9) and the State of the Union address (1.7/4), FOX won last night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.
Competition
Following back-to-back repeats of Last Man Standing (both 1.4/4), ABC News coverage of the 2012 State Of The Union Address delivered a 1.4/3 from 9-10:30p, with the conclusion of the address joining a Modern Family repeat in progress to post a 1.0/3 from 10:30-11p.
CBS ran a repeat NCIS (2.0/5) from 8-9p, followed by coverage of the State Of The Union Address (1.5/4) from 9-10:30p. The SOTU joined a repeat Big Bang Theory in progress to deliver a 1.0/3 from 10:30-11p.
NBC’s Biggest Loser (2.1/6) dropped -9% to its season low. From 9-10:30p, NBC News’ State Of The Union coverage posted a 2.0/5. Closing out the night, continuing SOTU coverage and analysis combined for a 1.2/3 in the 10:30p half hour.
