FOX Sunday’s animation line-up #1 in Teens, 18-34; Simpsons #1

Sunday night, FOX’s animation line-up led the network to win the night among Adults 18-34 and Teens and rank No. 3 in Adults 18-49.


At 8pm, THE SIMPSONS delivered a 2.9/9 among Adults 18-49, up +7% from last week (2.7/9).  THE SIMPSONS ranked No. 2 in the half hour among Adults 18-49 and No. 1 in Adults 18-34, Teens, Women 18-34 and Men 18-49/18-34.  At 8:30p THE CLEVELAND SHOW posted a 2.7/8 among Adults 18-49, up +4% from last week (2.6/8) as it ranked No. 3 in the time period among Adults 18-49 and No. 1 in Adults 18-34 and Teens.

At 9pm, FAMILY GUY posted a 3.8/10 among Adults 18-49, same as last week.  FAMILY GUY won the half hour among Adults 18-34, Teens and Men 18-49/18-34 and ranked No. 2 among Adults 18-49 (tie).  AMERICAN DAD at 9:30p delivered a 2.8/7 among Adults 18-49, down -7% from last Sunday (3.0/8).  AMERICAN DAD ranked No. 3 in the half hour among Adults 18-49 and No. 1 in Adults 18-34 (tie) and Teens.
TIL DEATH at 7p (0.9/3) and an encore THE SIMPSONS at 7:30p (1.4/5) combined to rank No. 3 in the hour among Adults 18-49 and No. 2 in Adults 18-34 and Teens.
Competition

The season finales of ABC’s America’s Funniest Home Videos (2.0/7), Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (2.9/8), Desperate Housewives (3.9/10) and Brothers & Sisters (2.9/8) were all in line with their prior season averages.

On CBS, 60 Minutes (1.7/6) was followed by the lowest Survivor finale and reunion show in the series’ history.  The Survivor: Heroes & Villains finale posted a 4.2/12 from 8-10p while the Reunion Show delivered a 3.7/10 from 10-11p.

NBC’s 60th Annual Miss USA Pageant (1.4/4) on NBC matched last year’s telecast (1.4/4 on 4/19/09).  At 9p, Apprentice 9: Celebrity Edition (2.3/6) matched the lowest rating ever for the Apprentice, falling -18% from its prior season average (2.8/7).
