Last night FOX’s two-hour MASTERCHEF once again gave the network a nightly win among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens, Women 18-49(tie)/18-34 and Men 18-49/18-34.
MASTERCHEF posted a 2.2/6 among Adults 18-49, up +5% from last week in the core adult demo and up +2% in Total Viewers (5.1 vs. 5.0 Mil.)
MASTERCHEF remains the #1 new program of the summer among A18-49, outperforming the next highest rated new show (ABC’s “Bachelor Pad”) by +25%.
Competition
ABC ran repeats of The Middle at 8p (1.1/4) and 8:30p (1.3/4), followed by repeats of Modern Family (1.4/4), Cougar Town (1.1/3) and Castle (0.8/3).
On CBS, week seven of Big Brother (2.8/9) gained +8% week over week. Repeats of Criminal Minds (1.7/5) and CSI: NY (1.2/4) followed at 9p and 10p.
NBC’s Minute To Win It (1.8/6) was up +13% from last week’s low. At 9p, America’s Got Talent (2.6/8) matched its lowest original rating of the summer, flat with last week and down -13% from its prior Wednesday average (3.0/9). A repeat Law & Order: SVU posted a 1.7/5 at 10p.
