SoldA New Jersey radio station is going from Blackstrap Broadcasting to Davidzon Radio Inc. in a deal in which one principal appears to have a stake in both the buyer and seller.

The station is 620 WSNR-AM, licensed to Jersey City NJ.

The seller is said to run a weekly newspaper aimed at the Russian-speaking community in the New York City market.

The station also is leased for other ethnic programming.

Gregory Davidzon is one of the princpals of the buyer, along with Sam Katsman, and lends his name to the licensee name, which is Davidzon Radio Inc.

Russ Jones signed off on the deal for the seller, which also has an AM station – WUFC – in the Boston market.

The price for WSNR-AM is $12.5M, paid in cash less LMA fees, which may run as high as $1M by the time closing day arrives.

The station is a Class B on 620 kHz with 3 kW-D, k7.6 kW-N, DA2. It has good coverage of the NYC.
