Deutsch’s practice will focus on broadcast station transactions and regulations before the Federal Communications Commission, where he previously served as Special Assistant to the Chief of the Mass Media Bureau and as a Supervisory Attorney. At Garvey Schubert Barer, Brad Deutsch will provide strategic advice to candidates, political committees, corporations and trade associations in all areas of Federal and State Political and Election Law.

Said Deutsch: “I am thrilled to be joining the brilliant, cohesive and collegial team of attorneys at GSB. I look forward to assisting our clients as we navigate the unpredictable and all too often counter-intuitive road that has been paved by recent turbulent changes in the law.”

Brad received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Brown University.
