A dividend increase by NBC Universal parent General Electric brought cheer to the stock market on Friday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 102 points, or 1%, to 10,425. Nearly all broadcasting stocks were higher.
The RBR Radio Index was up 6.650, or 2.5%, to 274.476.
The TVBR Television Index was up 4.697, or 2.6%, to 188.344.
