GLR supports WWF’s “Earth Hour”

Grupo Latino de Radio, together with all of Grupo PRISA’s companies in the World, announces its support again this year to Earth Hour, a movement organized by WWF for 3/27 at 8.30 PM.

Earth Hour is a call for action by the World Wildlife Fund for people, companies, governments and organizations around the World to switch their lights off during one hour, to show their concern about the climate change and their commitment to find a solution against global warming.

With the purpose of promoting Earth Hour, GLR stations – Radio Caracol 1260 AM in Miami and W Radio 690 AM in LA – and GLR Networks’ syndicated shows are starting a series of actions today, including: on air spots, interviews with WWF spokespersons, news and advice regarding this cause. All of them are looking to get listeners involved.
