Golden Globe television award winners

NBC provided the punch lines for Sunday night’s Golden Globe Awards show, coincidentally broadcast on NBC, as various stars noted the network’s internal battle over Jay Leno and Conan O’Brien. NBC did, however, win one of the awards as Alec Baldwin was named best actor in a TV comedy or musical for “30 Rock.”


Here are the winners in television categories for the The 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards, as selected by members of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. 

Best TV drama: “Mad Men” (AMC)

Best actor in a drama: Michael C. Hall, “Dexter” (Showtime)

Best actress in a drama: Julianna Marguiles, “The Good Wife” (CBS)

Best comedy or musical: “Glee” (Fox)

Best actor in a comedy or musical: Alec Baldwin, “30 Rock” (NBC)

Best actress in a comedy or musical: Toni Collette, “United States of Tara” (Showtime)

Best movie or mini-series: “Grey Gardens” (HBO)

Best actor in a movie or mini-series: Kevin Bacon, “Taking Chance” (HBO)

Best actress in a movie or mini-series: Drew Barrymore, “Grey Gardens” (HBO)

Best supporting actor, series, movie or mini-series: John Lithgow, “Dexter” (Showtime)

Best supporting actress, series, movie or mini-series: Chloe Sevigny, “Big Love” (HBO)
