Gray Television, which owns and operates KTVH-TV Helena MT has filed to acquire KMTF-TV in the same town under a failing station waiver. The FCC applied a four-pronged test in the course of evaluating the proposal.
Gray just closed on the acquisition of KTVH and low power KBGF-LP in a Kalil & Company-brokered deal. They came from Beartooth Communications Company, a subsidiary of Intermountain West Communications Company for $1,750,000.
