Readers may recall Emmis filed a breach-of-contract suit against its insurer in January for refusing to cover $4 million in legal fees the broadcaster racked up in a long court fight with preferred shareholders.
In its response obtained by RBR+TVBR, the New York-based insurance firm denies much of the allegations.
