A number of deals have recently been stuck for a large number of LPTV construction permits. Seven different sellers were involved, but only one buyer.
All of the CPs are in markets that are rated, but all are too small to make Nielsen’s top 100 list.
The buyer is John Kyle’s DTV America Corporation.
