Cumulus planned to sell KTDK-FM Sanger TX to Media Services Group broker Bill Whitley as a station pruning measure, but the FCC didn’t like the way it was structured and turned it down. Here is the result of the latest appeal of that decision.
Cumulus, under license name Susquehanna Radio Corp., had planned to sell the station to Whitley for $100, basically turning it over to Whitley for resale. Whitley was to receive $50K for his services.
