On March 24, Entravision Communications Corp. officially entered into a new employment agreement with COO Jeffery Liberman.

Announced on March 2 — the same day that the company revealed its strong Q4 and full-year 2016 results and that it will receive $264 million in gross proceeds from the FCC’s spectrum auction — Liberman is adding the title of President.

He’s also getting a new salary structure.

According to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing made by Entravision late Friday, Liberman will receive an initial base salary of $650,000 per year for the term of his agreement, which ends on Feb. 29, 2020.

Additionally, Liberman is eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus of up to 100% of his then-current base salary.

He is also eligible for equity incentive grants under Entravision’s equity incentive plans.
